When are you open?
We're sorry, but we don't have fixed opening hours.
Normally, someone will be here on weekdays from 9am-6pm. However, the best you can do is call before you leave to make sure we're open. Mobile phone calls taken any (reasonable) time. (Please mind the time difference between UK-Belgium)
How do I buy a scooter?
Call or e-mail us to reserve the scooter.
Then there are two possiblities:
- You pick up the scooter yourself, and pay in cash (preferably in Euros)
- We deliver: you pay a deposit by PayPal or bank transfer and pay the rest in cash on delivery (preferably in Euros)
How do I pay for an item?
Once you are certain the item is still available, we'll calculate the total including the postage costs. We'll e-mail you the total cost and you can pay either on line (securely) by PayPal (4% fee) or by bank transfer (free of charge in Euro-using countries).
PayPal is by far the easiest method and is instant, allowing us to dispatch goods immediately, whereas bank transfers can take up to a week to complete. In most cases PayPal still works out cheaper then a bank transfer.
How does the delivery work?
1. Scooters:
We deliver scooters (up to 18 at a time) ourselves, almost everywhere in Europe, provided a small fee. Keep an eye on the free delivery dates on our homepage!
Please bear in mind that we are located in Belgium. We usually wait untill we have enough deliveries in the same area. This could mean waiting a maximum of 3 weeks.
2. Other items:
Most items are shipped with Belgian post. Please be (a little) patient as it could take a few days for your itm to arrive, depending on where you live (inside or outside Europe).
What does a restoration entail?
Restorations are just that, a complete restoration of the entire scooter, not just a paint job and a new nut and bolt here and there (unless you specifically ask for it).
How much does a restoration cost?
Prices start from 3500 Euro for a full restoration. However, it is difficult to estimate as every scooter is different.
We are probably not the cheapest, but do bear in mind that you get what you pay for. We only offer the highest possible standards as we want to be proud of our work.
How much does an engine rebuild cost?
Labour: 200 Euro (excl. BTW)
The rest is difficult to estimate, as every engine is different. If we find items needing replacement, we contact you to keep you updated about the costs.
How do I find Lambrettafinder?
We are located at:

This is about 15 km from Antwerp and 25 km from Brussels.
From Antwerp:
Take the E19 motorway direction Brussels. Take exit 8 Rumst/Duffel and go right. Keep following for approximately 2 km. You find us on the left hand side, next to a small pub called "Sportvriend".
From Brussels:
Take the E1 motorway direction Antwerp. Take exit 8 Rumst/Duffel and go left. Keep on following for approximately 2 km. You find us on the left hand side next to a small pub called "Sportvriend".
How do I register a scooter in Belgium?
Every scooter we sell can be registered in Belgium. We follow you trough every step of the process.
A scooter produced before 1971 will cost you 0,03 Euro to register.
A scooter produced after 1971 will cost you 50 Euro to register.
Everyone thinks they know how it works, we are sure.
Can I still register a 2-stroke in Belgium?
